  1. Signing of our recipe confidentiality agreement to ensure 100% confidential reviewing of your private recipes.
  2. Recipe name(s)
  3. The recipe’s ingredients, their quantities and units of measure
  4. Any specific brand ingredients. You can send the brand name, or picture of the packaging to your Registered Dietitian
  5. Single Serving Weight in Grams or Ounces
  6. Household Measure Term for Serving (i.e.: 1 cookie, 1 cup)
  7. Servings per Container (this is the container size, divided into the number of Servings)
  8. Any Allergen cross contamination possibilities

Once you select our consulting services, you’ll be connected with one of our certified Registered Dietitians based who will send you a secure recipe submission form
2. What is the standard turnaround time for a Registered Dietitian to finish my analysis?
Our Registered Dietitians can work within a 1-2 business day turnaround.
3. What exactly does the Registered Dietitian do for me?
Our team will take care of the nutrition analysis, ingredient calculations, entering 3rd party proprietary or brand ingredient data, entry of Serving Size, Servings per Container and flagging for Allergens.
4. How do I receive my completed Nutrition Facts Labels?
Once your Registered Dietitian has completed your analysis, you’ll be able to log into your LabelCalc account, and print or download the completed FDA approved Nutrition Facts Panels, in any format you need.
